Shipments
These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Average shipping time is 8-14 days and as long as 22 days, so please place orders well ahead of time to ensure on-time delivery. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Shipping fees are included in the cost of the product. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
All sales are final and returns will not be accepted, especially for orders of incorrect size, except in the case of misprinted/damaged/defective items.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at the expense of our fulfillment provider.
The return address is the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
